The love of gardening and cooking fueled Impressionist artist Monet’s masterpieces. Thanks to filmmaker and writer Aileen Bordman, who has more than 35 years of firsthand experience at Monet’s home and gardens, here’s a selection of original recipes based upon ingredients found in Monet’s personal garden that bring the painter’s kitchen back to life.
